Subscription Services

Grasshopper's Comics has a number of Subscription Services available to meet all your comic collecting needs.  You can choose any or all of these services, providing you with the ability to custom-tailor our Subscription Services to your individual tastes.

All of our Subscription Services are fully computerized.  We have made significant investments in the most advanced Comic Store Management Software available to ensure that we can provide the best service possible.

Standing Pull and Hold Service

Grasshopper's Standing Pull and Hold Service is the easiest way for you to reserve your comics.  Just tell us what comics you'd like held on a monthly basis.  For example, if you read Amazing Spider-Man every month, we can put you down for that title in our system.  Every month when Amazing Spider-Man comes in a copy will be automatically pulled for you and placed in your folder.  If you have any special preferences, such as variant/multiple covers, crossovers, etc...let us know and we'll make those arrangements too.

Previews Order Form

We also accept orders through the Previews Order Form.   The last Wednesday of every month the Previews Catalog comes out with a corresponding Order Form.  If you see anything you'd like in the catalog, simply fill out the Order Form and return it to the store.

While some customers use this Order Form exclusively to order their comics, many people use this service in addition to the Standing Pull and Hold Service.  This way they can get their usual titles automatically held through the Standing Pull and Hold while using the Previews Order Form to order one-shots, mini-series, statues and other "one time only" items.  Like all our Subscription Services, the Previews Order Form Ordering System is fully computerized.

Weekly Email Service

One of our most popular services is our Weekly Email.  Every Monday evening we send out an email list of all the titles coming in that Wednesday, two days before their actual release.  The email also contains recommendations and highlights of the "Hot Items" coming in that week.  If you see anything on the list you'd like, just send us back a response and we'll pull the books before they even get on to the racks!

Comic Reorders

We place reorders for comic books every Thursday afternoon.  If there's a comic that you've missed please let us know and we'll do our best to reorder it for you!
